I am done with my interview on Nov 30 with Salesforce,both Technical & Hr on the same day for Tse Role, it's 2 Dec Today and I haven't recieved any email by them, btw interview was smooth and panel was happy with me.

But I heard Salesforce was quick with updates, but it's 3rd day today, so I am in doubt whether I can hear back from them either/positive but atleast a response?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

After salary agreement is it confirmed that TCS share offer letter.?? If yes then how long it will take??

They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.
