I have around 7.9 years of experience and all in Infosys so far. Now got opportunity from Accenture Lead developer with 18.6 fixed + 27% variable (total 22.93) and a joining bonus of 3.6 Lakh extra. Infosys has already raised Canada visa. What should i choose and why? I'm married recently and spouse is also working in small company.

Any idea what compensation would look like for an experienced professional (5 years med device product development) at a boutique firm like clearview?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans?
