Hello guys..I needed suggestion on compensation part of IBM ISL. I have total 9.1 yr of exp. They offered me 45 LPA (42 Fixed + 3 JB) for 7B band.
However, I got another offer from medium scale company with 48 LPA (46 Fixed + 2 JB). Should I negotiate with ISL for matching it? I am willing to join IBM ISL.

So fed up with my practice and not looking to stick around for typical below-market compensation in October.

Which big 4 firms or MM have the best FDD comp. so far? Excl. A&M (I know their comp., over half our practice has quit to go there lol)
