You had no experience when you started B4 right? 😉
You’ll be fine. I’m currently at a small cpa firm. The only difference I noticed was that at a smaller firm you get an overall experience compared to working only on one part of something at a larger firm. I have also worked in industry. If you have any specific questions DM me and I’ll try and answer to the best of my ability.
Just think of all the times you've interacted with people in industry who are less than competent. I quit my audit job the day I found that the client did calculations for a key control with the signs flipped and didn't catch that there were huge variances everywhere
How many yoe?
You're a senior (assuming by your title), you'll be wanted everywhere. Nobody expects you to know everything, that's not the point. The only point you have to drive home is that you know you need to learn more and you're willing. Everyone will gladly teach you after that.
Leave! You won't regret it and you definitely have useful skills. And if you want a confidence boost use a recruiter to help you find a position. Plus I'm in industry and find that a lot of industry accounting/finance jobs looks for public accounting experience. So you are already well qualified according to most industry folks regardless of the amount of public experience you have.

Don’t go to a smaller firm, public is public. It’s like eating one turd sandwich or 5 turd sliders, both really terrible
