I had an offer of 12 LPA from a product based start up company , 13.5 LPA( 1lack J bonus) from virtusa and 12.5 LPA ( 50K joinb) from Prodapt Solutions Private Limited solutions. Today is my joining date in the Startup company(10th January 2022) .They have just created my user credentials.
I don’t know what to do? Do I need to continue this, or I have to switch to another company.

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification.
