IBM for WLB ,stability, WFH. Accenture for growth, WFH, project exposure. TCS tend to have best onsite prospects

like

Most likely, but IBM seems like the best bet in terms of package ,wfh, wlb

like

Yes, in this situation u can expect wfh from Acc for long term.. they will not force to come.

like

And how much we can expect as variable pay ?

That incentive is similar to my digital role. Like Digital profile. There must be A and B band criteria or retention bonus kind of think. After clearing digital, they have revised everybody's salary added almost 25k in hand per month. Later we realised those are dependend on A and B band.

like

I dont feel so. U can take the hike and then re down the paper again. There is no guarantee without bond.

Long term onsite + work from home. That's not possible i think :-)

I have Amex points on corp card and need to buy a long haul flight. My school has seen combinations of f2f, hybrid, and remote teaching/learning throughout the first half of the school year. After the MLK holiday, our district is returning to traditional f2f teaching 100%. I have 4 band classes (1 beginning, 2 intermediate, & 1 advanced), and as far as content pacing is concerned, we’re 1 9-week grading period behind. Is it a far fetched goal to get my students where they need to be by the end of the school year? How would you handle a situation like this?

Hi, I am hired as senior test engineer for automation testing profile in EY AND WIPRO The reason I am not selecting EY is just because I don't have any practical exposure working in automation testing and I am afraid that it's better to work in Wipro and get practical exposure and then try for big brands like EY. Also, in EY I will be asked to work in client location. Where I might get into difficult situation Anyone would like to comment on this? Is my decision of selecting wipro correct?
