Hello , How long does it take to receive written offer from salesforce after the verbal offer? I was given very positive feedback after final round of interview with salesforce , now I have been waiting for 3 weeks and still haven’t got written offer yet. Both the recruiter and HM have told me that they are serious and keen to hire me. But it is delayed due to internal business review . They are working on it. Anyone was in the similar situation and eventually got hired after how many weeks?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.
