Facebook (Meta) Hi, I'm doing technical BI development and process automations with my current team. I'd like to pursue my career to business side and commercial leadership roles after couple more years and I'm thinking of getting an MBA to achieve this. Any tips for small steps for me to achieve my long term goal of transitioning to business and leadership side? Thank you
