I am a .NET developer with close to 12 years of experience, and I am currently holding two offers — one from NTT Data and another from Dentsu. Both positions are at the Lead level, and both offer a similar compensation package (approximately 25 LPA fixed, plus some variable component).
My key priority is to continue skilling up and stay relevant with newer technology stacks.

I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
