If I’m servicing over 300 accounts when I was told 250 upon hiring, should I ask for an increase in salary?

Is moving from Seattle worth it? I've heard the freeze is still in affect in Portland but I'm more worried about prices. I WFH mostly and pull down like 120k a year, Seattle is getting crazy expensive rent wise and crazy full. I'd like to find somewhere new but stick to the PNW.

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. Hi! Recently discussed an associate graphic designer role with a recruiter. Is it reasonable to expect an 85k base in NYC? Am I underselling myself? They started with it being a 75-80k budgeted position. What are typical base salaries for someone with 4.5 ttl YOE? Does it matter that 3 YOE was in an adjacent industry?

I got an offer from Aptiv for $100,000 + 5% annual bonus + $2,500 signing bonus. This is a new grad role for Algorithm Engineer located in Los Angeles, CA.

Left PA and started industry remotely. Haven’t been in the office. Met my team one time. Tips are to always be on video for even the smallest of calls. Take a ridiculous amount of notes. In downtime, go through your notes and come up with questions by reperforming old work. Set up recurring question sessions with your team so you know what to do next time. Set up performance meetings even monthly because it’s hard to get a gauge on your performance
