(1) the base salary range in the Bay Area

(2) the percentage of Consulting Managers eligible for the Equity Long Term Incentive Plan (LTP), and

(3) the likely range of this equity award?

I got the offer from Gartner and State street for data engineering. Please tell me which one is good in terms of wlb, annual hike, and work.
yoe - 7 years
Gartner - 24 fixed + 2.4 variable
State street - 27.5 fixed.

Are there any spreadsheets or charts showing reference points for self report surveys for compensation? Maybe from FB users on salaries, tier city comparisons, level/role, different companies etc?

How do you respond when someone asks your salary? Give me both- where you tell a number and where you don't. Also if I'm giving out a number (obviously to a close one), should I say my package(including stocks)? or my in hand salary before tax? or in hand salary after tax?

Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.
