Hello, I am European and planing a July vacation in California. I would like to extend my stay in August to do home office and work from our US branch.
I am guessing I would, need a working visa? If yes, which one? Also, should it cover July and August, or can I combine an ESTA and working visa?

Got a job offer from small consulting firm (<200 people) and they are ready to file my GC from day1. About to resign in next couple of weeks once I receive my h1 approval.
But Deloitte sent a notification that they are restarting Perm process. Currently with Deloitte - nothing has been filed. They have the JD and all the documents from my side but haven’t filed pwd yet. Stay or move out .?

I got an offer from Deloitte and they have started my H1B transfer. In the meantime I got an interview call from Google (Which I would prefer over Deloitte).
