Hello, I have had my HR interview last Thursday at Airbus and yet to receive any update from them related to any offer. Any idea how much time they take to come up with a response after the HR round. Any chances of rejection as well after HR interview? Accenture India Infosys

Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. 1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
