I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Experts please help.

A lot of public health jobs in US want a masters degree and proficiency in healthcare informatics and / or SAS certification.
If you can start working on your masters through an online program, I would do that
It sounds like it might be time for you to go back to school and get that Masters, especially if you are trying to make more money. Its going to be really hard to find something higher paying if they are requiring a Masters and you don't have one.
I am honestly going through the same thing as you and I also have a BS in biology. It’s not any easier here in the US it’s hard to get a job anywhere now :(
Been saying it for a while now but a bachelors is a high school diploma now. Every position that’s worth anything requires a masters at a minimum. Sucks.
I am in the same boat in the US. The funding pendulum has swung in other directions from PH. The private healthcare sector by and large keeping a skeleton crew. Everyone is over the moon that the stock market is high, but that is because several waves of layoffs have reduced costs and boosted stock prices in the short-term. It is now difficult to find work in the US. The jobs are there, but you have to network your way into a position.
Back to school asap!
