Job) what would you suggest me to do , I have time to develop skills but very demotivated when it comes to coding ( I wanted to become web developer now it feels that's not my cup of tea) what would you suggest me to do , my father is ready to support me for higher education but I don't want to waste my time in that rather want to upskill and work , Help!

Has anyone pushed back on their firm’s return to office plans? And if so, what has been the response from management to requesting to be fully remote or only coming in once/twice a week?

Just landed a full time gig, looking to get some furniture so I’m not working on my parents’ kitchen table during this remote period. Any recommendations for desks and chairs? I’m hoping to find something that’s easy to assemble and break down for when I need to move, and something that won’t cost an arm and a leg.

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down.
