Okay but how can you suggest to improve the team if you don’t know what the team is lacking or what the current pain points are 🧐
Agree with the comments above. Sounds like either a trick question or it’s one of those small local agencies that has zero idea what they’re doing. Things like this are often a red flag.
I would ask, “What the hell is an influencer mailer?”

Q1 - refer to your own AM experiences and where you brought advantage/process/clarity to the team to streamline the process and make it informative for all. ID your strengths and achievements and how this can be applied in the new role.
