I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?

Hey there!
I am a Masters Student majoring in Machine Learning. I am in my first semester and I am kind leaning to explore Data Science as well. Could any Professional Data Scientists help me out on getting started? What skills do I focus on? What kind of projects should I have on my portfolio?
I have tried looking this info out in the internet but its all overwhelming. Hoping to get some honest guidance here!
Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!

Data science intersect business is vastly broad. You could essentially go anywhere and have this attained in your job. Commercial, consulting, product manager (not project, distinction here), etc. Do you have a more discreet understanding of your end career goals?
I like hypothesis driven work leading to tangible results. I’m currently working a tech consulting internship which is interesting, but I wish it was a more data driven project. I’m happy to go either big tech or consulting. I just love working with a team to solve valuable problems while not sacrificing my WLB.
I would personally go commercial or consulting...I think consulting could be pretty fun if you're interested in showing people how best to use data. If you actually want to apply the knowledge, then would say commercial is better
I’m a DS, it’s been super fun so far. There’s model building and the usual DS work at the junior levels, and more strategic work around building things on the client side. It’s a consulting track role with a path to partnership.
Cool, I’m currently doing a tech consulting internship at a Big Four firm. Are you in the Gamma group? I’ve been thinking about applying there!
