Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.

I've heard that veterinarian internships are really hard to get right now. Have you considered applying to any zoos or farms?
No, I’ve just been applying in vets for an assistant or a receptionist. I’m not looking for a veterinarian internship.
Where are you located? You could try sharing your resume in the group to see if there may be something important missing. We'd be happy to help!
Here is my resume relating to the post
I would try to get as much feedback as possible when you interview. I would ask them why ask them why they wouldn't hire you or what about your application stood out to them
I ask and they say they go with more experienced people
Did you already complete your internship and are now looking for a job? Or have you been applying to internships?
Yes I already completed my internship in June of last year
It depends on where are you located. To my understanding, there are some states like Nevada that are experiencing veterinarian shortages so it would naturally be easier to find a job there
I am in San Diego. The demand is there but almost everyone isnt willing to take the chance on an entry level person. Like I said I’m almost at 200 places applied to.
