Let's talk unhinged pro se opposing parties. We have one that emails the entire firm every few days with these SCREEDS that are like weird stream of consciousness accusations of baseless criminal and unethical conduct. Hey all, Happy Monday. Curious for feedback on how you've seen severance offers approached.

My prior companies have always been what I thought of as average: min of 2 weeks plus extra week for every year for ICs, min of 4 weeks plus extra week for every year for managers, etc. for Directors & beyond.

Current co refuses to offer more than 1-2 weeks, max. I had to go to bat recently for a 3 year + manager level only to get 3 weeks and my leadership team is NOT happy with me.
