1) 7 LPA CTC around 55k pm in hand- Startup company, no benefits, no big clients, Pune

2) 6.8LPA, 6.5 Fixed (Joining bonus 20000)- Midscale industry(People tech group), fortune 500 clients including Microsoft, and other usual benefits, Hyderabad

What offer will be best for my career growth and learning.
Please assist me I am confused.🙏

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? My accounting edge finance is not compatible with the new Mac OS. I do not need the $15/month subscription they offering as an upgrade since I’m a lone freelancer. How much salary should I expect as a Business Analyst with 6 years of experience?

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
Please suggest.
