Help! Just found out our health insurance through my husband's employer ended on 2/1. We had paid into it all of February. We were never notified or provided COBRA paperwork. They haven't returned his calls or emails. And now the 60-day cutoff to get coverage through the marketplace is quickly approaching

I have pretty bad anxiety to the point where it affects my job performance and will cause me to waste hours because I'm trying to cope with symptoms. I hate that xanax works so well and am terrified of getting addicted to it. Wasted 2 hours this morning panicking and thinking I was about to have a heart attack or something stupid, then I took a xanax and drank some tea and I'm super focused again and my productivity is way up. Anyone else take xanax? I usually only do like 2x a week.

How in the world do you eat the recommended amount of protein? Do you snack on ground beef? Have chicken breast for breakfast? I’m 130lbs and struggle to eat more than 50 grams on a good day.

Hi all, I’ve been taking 15mg XR in the morning and 15mg IR as needed in the afternoon for about 2 years now and it’s helped a lot, however, when I take time off I just feel so lethargic. I’ve read about people taking Wellbutrin as well. Anyone have experiences with this? I meditate and exercise as well, but I just lack energy and almost feel like the same things don’t make me happy when I’m not on my medication.
