Helpful resources to learn M&A for a junior taking on a more senior role?
I’m a 2nd year that has mostly managed ancillaries, due diligence, and closing process but I have been asked to take on a larger role in drafting and leading a $200M -800-1,000 employee company -side deal with only the partner supervising. I was given precedents to review but I know many general considerations and terms in the purchase agreement will be unfamiliar to me. Are there any resources you would recommend?

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.

"People just want it to work" is a thing clients have said about the product the company I work for makes. It's true. And it's all over. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly.
