Are there actually Case Manager positions that are available to other healthcare workers who aren’t RN’s? If so, could anyone please suggest such employers… (thx in advance!)

My husband and I worked together at the same company for a year in different departments and they laid off 25 employees last week. My husband was one of them. 💔
It was dealt with poorly and severance benefits were bad compared to other companies we are seeing in the media. I’m really struggling to move forward and heal. The priority is for me to support him finding a new job but I just feel sick giving my time and energy to this company when they did this to us. any advice for strength😔

My KPMG HR had verbally told me that I would be eligible for the relocation benefits once office resumes...and a annual bonus ranging from 10-30% of CTC

But there's no mention of that in the OL...

Shall I ask her to generate a new OL or not required?

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

Why are firms reducing benefits for the bottom rung (e.g scaled down flyback at BCG, no Ritz Carlton at S&)?

So Altman clearly beats out MBB in some sectors and is trying to position themselves as an MBB or perhaps tier 2 equivalent, but they’re just not matching the salaries. Why were Analyst salaries only raised to $95K when my friends at big firms (not just tier 2 but also MBB) will be making $100-120k as second years?

My co-worker is so resentful and competitive because I was promoted over her last year which caused a demotion on her end. People in the company still go to her for things that should be for me but she rarely corrects them. Shes still involved in the company too in a way that allows her to know secrets that I should know about but never do. I technically am above her within the company but this is how things are. I just do my job and try to not let it bother me but it does. Any suggestions?

I’m having a sit down with my creative directors next week, they have some concerns. I’ve been doing well with my radio and tv assignments but not as well with my collateral and email assignments. I’m having trouble adopting the already established voice of the latter but the tv and radio work I get to create my own voice for each project.
