Google Can anyone @google give me a referral for the APMM position in Singapore? Because there I would have a higher chance of getting selected with a referral I wanted to ask if anyone could help me out with that.
I know this is a lot coming from a stranger, I can show you my career portfolio deck and the resume if you only feel that I am a good fit you can refer me. If you think I am not fit, no hard feelings just feedback would do.

A few things.
Solution consultant is our moderately technical group
So if you are actually technical - you should look for a different - more technical roles. I'd look for a technical solutions consultant role
Also - you mentioned years of experience. It appears that you did not convey your level of technical depth - if you had - you would have gotten a level 5
Your interviewers would have evaluated that. My guess is that while your skills are very technical elsewhere ...here they are par for the course.
Now onto your offer
Our bonus is typically 16.5-19% - it's rare to only get a 15% bonus
You get equity refreshes yearly 25-40k
Also - if you do really well - you should be able to get promoted in 24 months

G3 is (unfortunately) right, but could have phrased his/her second response better. Remote pays the same if you are based (primary residence) is the same area as where the office is located.
No offense. 9 years of exp and L4? Honestly don’t understand the logic why people are willing to take such offers just bc it’s Google? Lol
Im with G5 that everyone has a different perspective. Its true that for many in consulting-to-tech- exit ramp (reflective of many on FB), level is critical.
We might all be a little more sane if we solved for a job that fits into our life vs a singular focus on the “best” combination of prestige/comp (<< what I would’ve told my younger self who would’ve ignored it :) )
Take it
You end up making more in the long run. The way our bonuses and raises are set up, you'll be happy you switched after your first year. I would negotiate for a higher equity at least -- they can go much higher for equity only if you're willing to walk away from role
Thank you for that positive feedback.
I'd say take it
Ok thanks. May be I expected way too much considering it was a big tech.
What specific PA would you be under? You can try to push for some more stock and bonus. Hard to move on the base.

Bonus is fixed/standard by level and can vary based on company & individual performance
I would take it
