Hey all! I have recently passed the hiring assessment for a position I was referred for at Google. However, I find mixed info online on if the assessment is sent to everyone or to shortlisted candidates only. Can someone let me know which is it? Also, what is a normal waiting time to be called for an interview? Are we talking days or weeks? Really appreciate everyone’s help!

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. At the end of the day it’s business, but I am left feeling like I wasted my time (and theirs.)Totally confused and disheartened by this process. Anyone else experiencing this?
