Hey all, I need some advice or perspective.

Recently started my first AE role early February. Super small tech startup.

Because this was my first AE role, I had to source 10 opps in March and 15 for April in addition to a $20K quota by end of April.

I’m drowning. Our sales process is nowhere near established and the tools we had been using up until a few weeks ago were just terrible. I’m nowhere near goal.

Is this typical for the AE position? I don’t want to make excuses, but I’m struggling

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

Accepting an offer in IBD, lateraling over from consulting. Opportunity of a lifetime for me so don’t want to lose it.
But timing is horrible. I joined the Army Reserves before this opportunity was on my radar. Interviewed over several months, got the offer, but shipping out in 1 month for training for 6 months.
