Midday naps. One full weekend day of not working at all. Taking 20m to really enjoy a coffee or sandwich. Checking my bank account. Reading at night before bed//any immersive entertainment (music/shows/books). Dog. Snuggles (snuggling anything really, in all the snuggle manners)...

The nap part is so real!
Sounds counter intuitive but exercise
45 min on elliptical over lunch listening to podcast or.business news

Exercise is key. Put it in your diary. Don’t skip it.
Definitely get into an exercise routine. It will help with the stress, improve your mood, and bring a sense of balance in the chaos. For me it’s running, but try different activities to find something that’s fun for you
A full 24 hours off (note this can be from noon to noon, it doesn’t need to be a traditional day), exercise/stretching breaks (take 15-20 minutes several times a day), schedule a short massage or facial, schedule short naps, get away from your desk for meals.
Massage Friday afternoon each week plus weightlifting every other day.
