Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

1. Apply for jobs saying she does not require sponsorship > if she receives and accepts an offer > immediately apply for marriage GC and should be able to receive EAD before OPT expiration meaning she would not require sponsorship.
Will she need to disclose this to the recruiter?
Will recruiters ask for proof of marriage during recruiting process given this scenario?
Would she be treated the same as a US citizen in this instance?
Will this be fine with most companies?
Does applying for Marriage GC during OPT affect OPT?
Is it difficult for the companies to go from OPT > Marriage GC in terms of work authorization?
2. Apply for jobs saying she requires sponsorship > receive and accept offer > if she doesn't pass H-1B lottery > immediately apply for marriage GC and receive EAD before OPT expiration (tighter timeline, but possible)
Are companies pretty adaptive around this arrangement or would this be an issue?

Most companies will require that she verify that she has work authorization. With OPT she will likely need to present her EAD and passport - as a result I do not believe that option 1 is viable. For 2 I would say GC has been taking more than a year for many categories and so there is no guarantee that if you wait that she would get the GC in time.
