Hi Fishies! (Is that what we are? I’m going with it)
I just came across a Google Research and Insights role that got me SUPER excited and I was about to apply when I had the idea of seeing if anyone would be willing to give me a referral. I understand (and respect) that most of you Googlers on here feel that a referral is only useful if you know the person but I would be happy to jump on the phone to give you some info about me. It would mean so much! 4 YOE at a major audio steaming service

Yeah, they’re desperate right now but not that desperate. You’ll be a SC, C if you don’t interview well
Chief
No I’m saying that a C=SC and m=m in the most simplistic terms.
SC at Deloitte is honestly a weird level at Deloitte where it depends on the project of the role you do. Some are hands on, some are leading a team of 5 staff
Chief
Almost certainly not. Unless Deloitte has drastically lowered its requirements since I left, M is typically a 7+ YOE role.
If currently you are not a M or performing a M role like leading a team, almost no chance. I have seen people with 8-10 years YOE came in Deloitte as SC.
From where
Remember that M at Deloitte is a level 4 position.

Bah1- What do managers at Deloitte typically do? Are they hands on?
Thanks all!
