Even better than what is pictured, try buying 100-150 gallon water troughs. They are taller and have a bottom & drain plug. We've been using them for years. Not only do you have better yields, easier control of the soil & nutrients, less digging, but you don't gave to bend down as much to harvest.

Yes! I also use them at school as part of my gardening unit. In fact I loved them so much I convinced my husband to purchase some for our home garden. I’ve committed to purchase at least one per month until I run out of space or my husband tells me to quit.

I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm). Now, I'm trying to focus on better eating. I struggle with sweets - If it's around me, I need it all lol and Uber eats is a weakness bc of all the dessert places! My meals are relatively balanced so not a major issue...

I've heard of intuitive eating but sounds a bit fluffy (lol) - other tips? What has worked for you? Help!!

Does anyone know what’s going on with my philodendron? I’ve had this plant for years and just recently got it to start producing new leaves again and all the new ones have these lighter spots, but all the old growth is just a solid dark green like the leaf in the background. Really odd, the bottom leaf on my fiddle turned yellow REALLY fast, most of the rest of the leaves seem fine. It’s right in an east facing window with maybe 1-2 hours of direct sun per day the. Tons of ambient lighting the rest of the day. Pls help!
