Jeez. How demanding are your clients? I have to believe you should be able to carve out a few minutes every day to check in on people. I'd consider it just as important, if not more important than maintaining client relationships in some instances.
My recommendation would be to take 2-3 things per day that you could handle over email/Slack, and do them in-person instead. Discussing client revisions? Rather than simply forwarding an email to your CD, go talk through them in person – and while you're at it, ask them how their weekend was.
Your internal teams are the ones that make it happen, and you do not want to have a purely transactional relationship with them. It's easy for that to become the case during WFH, but if you have to be in the office you should make a conscious effort to move beyond that.

It likely is. We all have periods like that. But we are in the relationship business, and "chit-chatting" can actually be a huge benefit to you as an Account person. You've identified it's an area you need to work on – most people can't even do that. You're going to be just fine. Good luck!
I’m fully remote now forever. Being in the office was hard for me for the reasons you mentioned. I’m at a Fortune 500 retailer & it just never lets up. I’d rather be 100% zoned in (give or take lunch and breaks) instead of at the office, otherwise I’d be working late.
