Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Hi, I am a mid level associate at AM200 with experience in regulatory, transactional healthcare matters and some litigation. Looking to transition to a place with opportunities in healthcare investigations/white collar/disputes. Any suggestions? Looking to stay in New York and close to market pay (don't mind being slightly below).

What additional certifications and/or training do you recommended to help boost your credentials in the Healthcare and/or Public Health arena? I currently work for a hospital system (managing litigation and involved with risk management) and trying to help make myself more versatile long term.

Any recommended resources for a mid-level lit associate looking to develop some skills in health care transactional work? I'm primarily a med-mal attorney and several clients have small opportunities on the MA side that I'd like to be able to assist with. The firm does not currently have a specific transactional healthcare practice group so I'd need to go out of the firm for mentorship in this area. For now, I'm just looking for good basic foundational resources.
