Very loose guidance here, but get yourself into a role that works with PMs - Sales, BD, marketing, operations and work closely with the PM on the product. See what you can learn and leverage that into a move when something opens up.
TBH I did a CS degree years ago, but I couldn't code to save my life today.
For me what has helped has been - my soft skills, stakeholder management, understanding of macroeconomics, as well as general understanding of sales, marketing, tech, legal etc.
That has been far more beneficial than knowing how to code, but others may disagree.
