Hey everyone I just started a role recently as a business analyst and I already hate it. My co workers around me are complete weirdos and lack any secondary education for the most part. My company is a MRO and Reno company that is growing fast but in my opinion has a complete lack of true professionals. I want to progress my career in finance or data and I really don’t think this is the place as my boss sucks and is a weirdo. What should I do?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline?
