I booked a spot for a Bhutan group trip that is on 21st of Oct, 2023. It's a 7 day trip. So, I paid half the amount but unfortunately yesterday evening we found out that my mom needs to go through an eye surgery. And that's why I wouldn't be able to make the trip.

Also, since this is a last minute set-back I am willing to give a discount of 20-25% on this amount for the person who’s willing to take my spot.

Is it possible for someone with anxiety to have a career at MBB? Anyone currently in this situation? How do you cope?

Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. But this past month something feels off in my head and I have 0% motivation for anything at the moment. My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

How do you cope up with impostor syndrome when it comes to coding skills? There are many less experienced Devs who are solid on coding , and getting interviewed by them, sometimes I observe they know so much more.
