If anyone has insight on the compensation structure for the Managing Director/ Country CEO role I would appreciate insight on how package are structured and how best to determine the amount. Context is for a cloud tech consulting firm that is about 75M in revenue and 500 people and growing 10x on a 3 year intervals.

Is making 10 times your initial salary in 25 years at the same company good progression? Started at 20k and making 210k.

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

I do not like HR work, should I be aligned to HC? I’ve mostly worked on process design on large transformations and do not feel like I need to be an HR guru in order to understand the business process
