I've been working in tech support at DXC for a while now, but I've been finding it quite pressurizing and it's starting to impact my work-life balance. I'm curious if anyone here has experience or insights into alternative career paths within tech support that might offer a better balance?
I really enjoy the technical aspects of my job but could use something with a bit less pressure. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Moving on from Hotels (Hospitality)?

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

Should I move on and go to a different industry? Opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance.

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.
