Hey everyone, need some insight on KPIT’s HR portal. I cleared all my technical rounds for a Tech Lead role, and HR finished the HR round. She mentioned she needs to discuss my expected salary with management.

However, today my portal status updated to: "Offer - Workflow - Rejected - Challenge Completed". HR isn't picking up my calls right now.

Is this just a buggy SuccessFactors/Taleo system thing while they process approvals, or did I actually get rejected? Has anyone faced this exact status

I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?
