IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

I would like some advice here. I currently work as an HRBP for a large company and have been with this company for over 2 years. The current company culture is not great, and I’ve been looking for outside opportunities.
I was offered a role at a smaller company that just announced it is being acquired by a large company, however they agreed that they will be operating independently.
Would it be incredibly stupid to start a new HR job at a company currently going through an acquisition?

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?

I was put in to SAP when I joined my firm. I got SAP FI certified (associate), but have not done any configuring or implementation work at all (gov't consulting). I'm functional, and do use SAP (cont)

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Would it look bad on my resume?

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

Does this approach make sense or do you recommend other approaches? If it makes sense, do you have any recommendations for classes or communities?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. Hello Guys, I am I am in a bit of a fix here. I have offers in Consulting as a BA from EY and KPMG. Unable to decide which one should I opt for. KPMG is paying just marginally better but EY approached first. could someone who had worked in bot the firms give some feedback about both the companies.

Why HRs come cheap. I had a call from HR and she was asking how much you are expecting. I said 25. She was surprised like anything and said our budget is around 21. Why 25. I said because I have an offer of 23. Later she came back that they can provide 24+2lJB. I mean wtf you were surprised with 25 in the first place. If my skills are upto the mark why can’t you offer without any counter offer. Then they complain Candidate take offer and don’t join. I mean you see the irony here.
