considering an offer at Publicis Sapient Management Consulting/Tech Consulting from Accenture (SM level). Boston based.

Benefit: good pay bump, nice nimbler company that does cool work

Cons: from the interview I have had, WLB seems horrific (80-90 hours a week) and I spoke with only men in leadership position (male here).
