How strict is the WFO/Hybrid policy in Tiger Analytics right now? I am aware that right now there is 2 days WFO but is it strictly monitored or is it flexible? Are they creating an issue if someone is coming to office maybe like 3/4 times in a month and rest WFH?

Reason: I recently joined them and my hometown is far from here.

Does a new joiner get WFH setup allowance? I just got an offer but it is not written there.

Due to heavy rainfall most of the roads are blocked and flooded..Is JPMC allowing for WFH in Bangalore?

I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition. I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Hi, What is the max pay for Senior Consultant role C1 band?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.
