Hey Fishes, I got offer from two companies and one more in pipeline. I need your thoughts to choose better. I have 12 years experience in SAP BTP & CAPM. CCTC 28 Fixed 3 Variable which I received. In TCS I have 37 LPA fixed 31. In Tech Mahindra 40 LPA fixed 31.4L. For this tech M is better. But will they give the variable properly? HR said every month will get the variable also included in salary. Is that true? if yes can I get more than 80% variable?

I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention.
