I am a person with inadequate vision in left eye. Although it isn't considered as disability. I have been working in my current company for more than 8 years. Yes, we had a stupendous year- Cheers to that! Bonuses have been really good: 50-250% from what I have heard but remember these are on top of 5-15% of the total CTC and not on top of overall CTC.

Hikes have been also pretty exciting but not for all. It is dependent on your performance, level and also if you require some base correction.

I had appeared in 2 rounds of interview in hsbc Kolkata..then HR asked me to sent all necessary personal documents..I sent them by 19 June..but still got no call from HR..after calling her she told "she will look into it today and will give update soon".
What shall I do?
