I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I would take it from the approach of the company you are interested in. But also, it is important to highlight not just how it can run smoothly, but how you deal with the cases that go wrong. Show a clear flow, with structure and an understanding of each part of the process.
A lot of this is going to be about how you comport yourself in the interview itself. Can you speak eloquently about things but also be personable, can you get them to understand you and meet them where they are at? Highlight experience in which you have had to pay close attention to user behavior and customer desires and I would also make sure you know a bit about the product and can be excited about it when you are interviewing. Customer success starts with understanding the customer and caring about them, and you want to be able to get that across for the specific company too.
Echoing others but also chiming in - sometimes having a specific example(s) that you follow all the way through is the most helpful. So I would map out a few customer experiences - good and bad, and think of specific instances that happened that you could talk about (like how you managed difficult conversations, communicating expectations etc). I used to try to improvise that before but it helped to write/type stuff down before so that I could actually remember the relevant stuff during the interview.
Thanks for suggestions everyone! I truly appreciate your insights.
