Hey folks, it has been 2 weeks since I interviewed at Mastercard with the Director, neither the offer letter nor the rejection mail has come out , like the results are not declared yet.
How much time does it generally takes for the results to be declared ?

I applied for a position through a recruiter and made it through the interview rounds with the actual company and received a verbal offer, but haven’t heard back since. Am I able to reach out directly to HR for updates or does all communication have to be filtered through the recruiter?

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?
