Need your help. I am interviewing for a VP product position. The company has asked my to share a product roadmap as to how will I be planning the lifecycle for 2 new products that needs to be built from scratch at the company.
Have already had 4 rounds of interviews.

Wanted to know your thoughts on how much detailing should I add in. If would be really helpful of you could share how you do the product roadmaps.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

I have a FT role currently that I would be skeptical about leaving for contract work, but I know that contract work tends to pay a little more so just wanted to see if it's enough to consider.

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

For those also going through this, any tips on how you manage yourself day to day? What self talk tends to help?

I am in a period of growth in my role (in house and getting more exposure to top management) - im grateful for it but I also have constant anxiety during and after work hours. Does anyone who’s been in a similar position have tips for riding this wave? Hoping it’ll get easier.

Does anyone know whether there’s a red tape type reason an associate couldn’t transition to fully remote in another state?
