I am have an upcoming interview with Amazon for Business Analyst II. What salary can i expect?? Checked in glassdoor and ambition box.. it is listed from 20-30LPA mentioned there. It seems to be very high. Please mention what would be best real salary to ask. Please advise.. since this is going to be the most important switch for me! I dont want to be dropped off for asking high salary, which happend with other companies in last week 🤡

I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?
