Or the working knowledge of the tech i am working in is enough?

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

For the people who went back to school to pursue a totally different career, what did you do for work? I don’t think I’d be able to do both my current job and school. I did retail in college and that probably isn’t so smart right now. Neither is working at a restaurant. I don’t think I can go back and live with my parents. I feel like I’m stuck.

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining... Is it a bad idea to give my notice before my background check clears? I’m due to start at EY soon but my background check is going to clear less than 2 weeks before my start date. I want to give my 2 weeks but am feeling nervous about it. I don’t anticipate any issues at all with the background check.

Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata(known place). My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql.
