I’ve been selected for BCG interviews in a few months, more specifically BCG Platinion. The recruiter explained it’s going to be a lot of tech case studies, I don’t come from a tech strat background. In Accenture, I’m aligned to a specific technology where we do E2E implementations so I have broader tech knowledge. I really want to get this job. Any insights would be immensely helpful. I need to work on my tech knowledge and do case studies. Any leads for the first part?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

How can I get a better idea if I'm making it through the ATS systems? Any favorite resume templates that do well but aren't completely dull?

I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.

About three months ago, I was applying to find a new job. A month later, I got an offer, came work for this firm. I am not feeling like this would be a great environment for me. So I accepted a job interview this week but when I sent them the resume was 3 months ago so i didnt have my current job on there. Should I tell them my job has changed since? I am worried that if i dont tell them, they will find out when doing background check.

People are great at EY but I know the work could be more interesting at BCG and also greater pay. Currently making $150k. Should I just stay put? What are the big draws of moving to BCG?
