I have been working in market research, business consulting and strategies with over 4.5 years work ex currently.

I was fortunate to get a complete hands-on experience in the domain of market research and business analytics and have been handling end-end projects.

My next target is bigC consulting firm or international opportunity . I have two challenges:

1. If anyone can guide/help in CV.
2. How shall I prepare?

I really want to be in.

Is breaking into equity research/coverage teams as hard as breaking into traditional advisory/M&A IB being from a non target school with a non finance degree?

Is it worth becoming certified in compensation? I have 5 years of benefits and my new employer wants me to move into Total Rewards. Is this a better career move than just remaining in Benefits?

Which is better career path among these two ?
1. Java And it's advanced technologies (Backend)
2. Java and Angular (Full stack)

Looking to possibly boomerang back to public somewhere between senior and manager level in the Boston area, likely in the real estate industry. Either advisory or audit. Any interesting opportunities?

Not in my 30s or 40s but looking to network with people in industry. I am a fun person so you will not get bored :)

Is there anyone who is into market research ?

Is it a wise decision to move from big4 to WITCH companies or mid sized product companies like Arrow electronics, Emerson just for the sake of pay rise.
